The Psychology of Colors - Colors in Business Some ask: "What can Brown do for you? Others neglect the mention of colors but visually reel you in with their color combinations. Here's the story behind the psychology of colors: The world was once black and white. The television had black and white programs and publications were mostly black. However, in the 60s, all that changed to what we see today. Therefore, we know color is now the best means of drawing attention to any media. We each have our own tastes. Therefore, different people have different ideas in associating colors with products. There is no actual answer on what the best color would be for a product and at one time everything was done by chance. Now you can now find the best equipment and personnel in the design and printing industry that help produce beautiful labels. The same importance is now applied to producing the appropriate label as it is to producing a product. Strong words from GOOG over MSFT's bid on YHOO Google seems to be taking a stronger stand agains the recent $44.6 Billion Dollar bid on Yahoo. While it's clear that GOOG doesn't have the capital to compete with MSFT on this bid, GOOG is doing yet again what it's well known for. Stir the marketing machinery and shine the spotlight on their own accomplishments. I believe that it's blatantly clear that GOOG is fearing, probably for the first time in a long time, that they could loose grounds in their internet regency. The article below is an excerpt of Google's blog - enjoy the read. "The openness of the Internet is what made Google -- and Yahoo! -- possible. A good idea that users find useful spreads quickly. Businesses can be created around the idea. Users benefit from constant innovation. It's what makes the Internet such an exciting place.
